Adopt-A-Rider Program

Hug
Hug
Individuals and organizations are invited to participate in "adopting" one of our HOPE riders for a year. As a HOPE sponsor, you may request a particular rider, or riders can be chosen by staff according to the interests of sponsors and riders. Sponsors have several opportunities to get acquainted with their riders throughout the year. Riders communicate with their sponsors through letters or other written communication once a year. Sponsors are also invited to seasonal gatherings attended by riders.

All riders at HOPE are eligible for "adoption." Adopt A Rider is not a scholarship program for those unable to pay fees. It is an opportunity for the community to help offset the 65% of our expenses not covered by student fees.

A gift of $400 will "adopt" a rider, providing sponsorship for one rider for an 8 week session. If you are interested in becoming a sponsor in the HOPE "Adopt A Rider" program, please call us at (541) 776-0878 or email us.

Many thanks to the generous donations of our past and present Adopt A Rider sponsors!
